I accept the tlist as I'm not even playing on CT anyway- but since when was first offense of ever FKing (accidental in this case) a one day tlist? I don't have a history of FKing on my account and I didn't undergo the slay > tlock > tlist procedure. Just wondering

and who is Pho? I'm King George III.

It was a blatant freekill for no reason, and your tlist duration is left at discretion of the admins.

Also, if you're not Pho, its sorta weird that you guys have the same IP and forum account, isn't it?

Okay but according to the rules and the admin guideline I was to undergo the slay > tlock > tlist procedure which I surely did not. With due respect, is there any proof to back up your statement of blatant freekill? I was shooting my gun and Lisa was stack-running on me- it was unintentional. Is the slay > tlock > tlist procedure irrelevant in certain situations if an admin sees fit?

I don't see any ties to an IP to the identity of the person. I could be a cousin or a person using the same VPN "Pho" is. Would I not be the same person if my IP was to change?
